Product Description

Semi-custom watercolor wedding invitations allow you to get the look you want for less or on a faster timeline. Select your design, customize your preview, add additional pieces to your cart, and check out. A proof will be sent to you via email to approve and complete your invitations. 

Semi-custom invitations include a choice of a custom watercolor illustration or upload your own, choice of font colors, and choice of text color. 

All semi-custom suites ship ready to be assembled and mailed. Envelopes, addressing, details cards, RSVP cards, invitation accessories like vellum, belly bands, envelope liners, and ribbon, and more sold separately. See Matching Items section below for more details.

    Need details cards? RSVP cards? Envelopes? Accessories like vellum wraps or envelope liners? Add each item to your cart, customizing as needed!

    Once you have all of your items added to your cart, check out to finalize your purchase.

  • 3. Approve your proof!

    Receive your proofs via email. You'll receive a digital proof of your order to confirm before printing. Up to three revisions are included with your purchase so it's important to provide your information correctly and review your proofs carefully. Additional revisions will be $35 per revision.

  • 4. Your package ships! 

    Once your proofs are approved they will go to print and be ready to ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to print and arrive.

    Assemble and mail out your customized invitations. Tag @CottonAndBowPaper in your photos on Instagram. We love to see your final product.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is artwork included? 

Custom artwork can be added to most designs. Click "Customize" and choose the option to commission an original artwork hand-drawn from an artist (never AI!). Or order one of our many original artwork accessories like custom envelope liners.

What kinds of designs are available?

You can view all of the standard design collections here to get a sense of what is possible. Font choices, font color, and more are all customizable.

How long does it take?

1-2 weeks is the typical turnaround time for semi-custom save the dates and invitations. Timeline may be longer if feedback, approvals, and/or addresses are delayed.

How do I send you my information to be printed?

Click customize to enter your information and preview your design. A proof will be shared via email to approve before printing so don't worry if it's not perfect. You can ask us to help you make changes to the design. You will need to approve your proof in a timely manner in order to complete your order. Any significant delays over 48 hours may result in your shipping time being delayed.

How do I get started?

Select an available design, enter any customizations, add to your cart and check out to pay for your order.

What if I want something not included in a package?

Some add-ons are easily available (e.g. double thick paper, wax seals, an additional card, etc.) just inquire via email after you place your purchase and we will direct you on pricing and how to upgrade. If you're looking for something outside of the box, please inquire about custom design work here. Pricing starts at $1,500 for Save The Dates and $3,500 for Invitation suites with custom artwork.

Do you do gold foil, custom shapes, letterpress, acrylic, etc?

Yes, additional customizations can be made to these designs for additional fees. Please inquire about custom design work here. Pricing starts at $1,500 for Save The Dates and $3,500 for Invitation suites with custom artwork.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies by collection, number of pieces (invitation, details, RSVP card), and quantity. Base pricing can be found on each design.

Jaime Coast is a watercolor artist based in Westchester, NY. Her work has been featured in Brides, People, Martha Stewart, and other top publications. She received her artistic training in New York and Paris, and hand paints all of her original work in her signature watercolor style. None of the artwork created for your event is AI-generated.
